These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made via the official website of Noxklen. By placing an order on our site, you confirm that you have read, understood and fully accepted the below terms, together with our Legal Notice, Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

1. General Provisions


This agreement is concluded between Noxklen (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller") and the customer placing the order (hereinafter referred to as "the Buyer"). All transactions are subject to the laws of France and relevant European consumer regulations. No additional terms proposed by the Buyer shall be valid unless agreed in writing by the Seller.

2. Product Information & Pricing


2.1 All product descriptions, images, specifications and sizes displayed on the website are for reference only. Slight differences in colour, texture or dimension between online pictures and physical goods due to shooting light, display devices or manual measurement shall not be regarded as product defects.

2.2 All product prices shown on the website are final at the time of order submission. Prices do not include international shipping fees, import duties, taxes and other related customs charges, which shall be borne by the Buyer.

2.3 The Seller reserves the right to adjust product prices and update product information without prior notice. Such changes will not affect orders that have been successfully paid and confirmed.

3. Order & Payment


3.1 After selecting products and completing order information, the Buyer shall finish full payment via the supported payment methods on the website. An order is officially confirmed only after the payment is successfully verified.

3.2 The Seller will process all confirmed and paid orders within 24 to 48 business hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3.3 The Seller cooperates with certified third-party payment service providers. We will not store your complete payment account information, and all payment procedures are protected by encryption technology.

3.4 Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled after a reasonable period of time. The Seller also reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of abnormal transactions, suspected fraud or invalid information.

4. Shipping & Delivery


4.1 The Buyer shall provide a complete, accurate and valid receiving address, recipient name and contact number. The Seller is not responsible for delivery failure, package loss or extra costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the Buyer.

4.2 After dispatch, the standard delivery time is 14 to 21 business days. Delivery delays may occur due to customs inspection, regional logistics, peak seasons, bad weather or force majeure events, which are beyond the Seller’s control.

4.3 Once the package is shipped, a tracking number and tracking link will be sent to the Buyer’s registered email. You may check the delivery status online at any time.

4.4 All import duties, customs taxes and clearance fees incurred during cross-border transportation shall be paid by the Buyer in accordance with local regulations. If the package is returned due to the Buyer’s refusal to clear customs or pay relevant fees, the generated logistics costs will be deducted from any refund.

5. Order Cancellation


5.1 Before the order is packed and dispatched, the Buyer may apply for order cancellation by contacting our customer service. A full refund will be arranged accordingly.

5.2 Once the goods have been shipped, order cancellation requests will no longer be accepted. The Buyer may follow our Return & Refund Policy to process returns after receiving the package.

6. Return, Refund & Exchange


6.1 The Seller provides a 30-day return and refund service starting from the date the Buyer receives the goods. All return and exchange activities must comply with our independent Return & Refund Policy.

6.2 Returned items must be kept in original condition, with complete packaging, labels and accessories, without signs of damage or excessive use.

6.3 If returns are caused by the Seller’s faults including defective products, wrong items or missing parts, the Seller will bear the return shipping cost. For returns due to personal reasons such as dislike or inappropriate size, all return shipping fees shall be undertaken by the Buyer, and the original outbound shipping fee will not be refunded.

6.4 After the returned goods are received and inspected, the refund will be initiated within 3 to 5 business days. The arrival time of funds depends on the processing rules of the payment platform or bank.

7. Title & Risk Transfer


The ownership and risk of loss or damage of the products shall be transferred to the Buyer upon the Buyer’s physical receipt and sign-off of the package. From that moment on, the Buyer shall be fully responsible for the safety and proper use of the products.

8. Liability Limitation


8.1 The Seller guarantees that all sold products are new and conform to the stated specifications. For quality problems within the warranty scope, we will provide after-sales solutions in accordance with relevant policies.

8.2 The Seller shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by improper use, incorrect assembly, man-made damage or failure to follow product instructions.

8.3 The Seller is not responsible for indirect losses including lost profits, opportunity losses and other consequential damages arising from product use or delivery delays, within the scope permitted by law.

9. Intellectual Property


All trademarks, logos, texts, images and design content on the website belong to Noxklen. No part of the website and products may be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without written permission. The Seller reserves the right to pursue legal liabilities for any intellectual property infringement.

10. Amendment of Terms


The Seller reserves the right to revise these Terms of Sale according to business adjustments and legal requirements. The updated version will be published on the website immediately and take effect upon release. Continued use of the website and placement of new orders after the update means you accept the revised terms.

11. Dispute Resolution


Any dispute arising from the performance of this sales contract shall be settled through friendly negotiation first. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the competent court in Roubaix, France. The governing law for all disputes shall be the law of France.
