  • Items without original packaging, labels, tags, matching accessories or user manuals.

  • Damage caused by improper operation, misuse or accidental collision after receipt.

3. Requirements for Returned Items


All returned merchandise must meet the following standards:

  1. Keep the original new condition, free from scratches, stains, odors or signs of long-term use.
  2. Retain complete original packaging, including boxes, bags, tags, labels and all attached accessories.
  3. Do not disassemble, modify or paint the product in any form.
  4. Please attach a note with your order number, name and return reason inside the package for quick processing.

Kindly state your order number, product issue and your request (refund, exchange or replacement). You may also attach clear photos or short videos of the product for verification.

    Our team will review your application and reply within 24 working hours. We will send you official return instructions, designated return address and relevant reference information.

  3. Ship Back the Package

    Follow our guidance to pack the goods securely and arrange delivery. Please keep the shipping receipt and tracking number properly.

  4. Inspection & Processing

    Once we receive and inspect the returned items and confirm they comply with our return rules, we will proceed with your refund or exchange arrangement promptly.


5. Refund Rules & Timeline


  1. Refund Method

    Refunds will be issued via the original payment channel you used to place the order. We cannot change the refund method or transfer funds to other accounts.

    After our warehouse completes product inspection, we will initiate the refund within 3 - 5 working days. The actual arrival time of funds depends on the processing speed of your bank or payment platform, which usually takes 3 - 10 additional working days.

  3. Shipping Fee Rules


  • If the return is caused by our mistakes (wrong item, quality problem, damaged delivery), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If you return items for personal reasons such as dislike, inappropriate size, the return shipping fee shall be borne by yourself, and the original outbound shipping fee will not be refunded.

If you prefer to exchange the product instead of getting a refund, you can make a request in your first email. 7. Special Notes on Shipping & Customs


We are not responsible for any local import duties, taxes, customs fees or related charges incurred during international transportation. These fees shall be undertaken by the buyer in accordance with local regulations. If the package is returned due to the buyer’s failure to clear customs, incorrect receiving address or refusal to sign for the parcel, we will only process a partial refund after deducting the generated logistics costs.
